Customer Reviews: What others have to say…

Melcom1

NP3 says, “The environment is serene and good for shopping. Customer service is great and workers are welcoming. Cashiers can be quite busy with queues. You can find everything you need from groceries to electronics, cookware, etc… As one reviewer pointed out, there is this lady who will sell you the loyalty card with a broad smile. Overall great experience.”

Another reviewer said, “Great convenience store. Remember to get a discount card. Always comes in handy for large purchases.”

One also says, “Very spacious and well-stocked. The car park is not big enough. The operators may want to consider acquiring adjoining spots like parking lots for customers”

to another, “Spacious shop with different range of products. From groceries to electronics, school supplies to toys for the young ones, mobile phones and so many more. The only reason I‘m not giving a 5 star is because of limited parking. Don’t know if they have additional parking except for the space upfront.”

From Santasi, “This a new branch for Malcom. It has spacious and allows for social distancing. it has many affordable products including foodstuffs, electrical and electronic items and many more. follow covid -19 protocols and check in systems. has parking space just 100m from Santasi roundabout.”

And lastly, “The environment is serene and good for shopping. Customer service is great and workers are welcoming. Cashiers can be quite busy with queues. You can find everything you need from groceries to electronics, cookware, etc… As one reviewer pointed out, there is this lady who will sell you the loyalty card with a broad smile. Conclusion:

Melcom holds itself to a high virtue of giving much more than what is asked for by its valued patrons by renewing and expanding its deals and discounts schemes, as well as running continual improvement programs for its numerous store locations.
